Carriers and tracking
We ship by express courier (Poste, GLS, DHL, UPS, FedEx or equivalent) with tracking included. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel ships.
Production time
Raw (unpainted) version: 2–4 business days. Painted, carbon-look or custom products: 10–15 business days.
Delivery time (estimated, after dispatch)
Italy: 1–3 business days • EU: 3–7 business days • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days (customs clearance may add time).
Shipping costs
The cost depends on destination and cart value, and is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Italy – Standard: free • Insured: €3 to €15 depending on order value.
- European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom – Standard: €10 (up to €79.99), €15 (€80–€149.99), €20 (from €150) • Insured: €13, €20, €28 (up to €350), €35 (over €350).
- Rest of the world (USA, Canada, Australia and others) – Standard: €20 (up to €80), €25 (up to €140), €40 (over €140) • Insured: €25, €30, €48 (up to €350), €55 (over €350).
Pickup in Rome
Available by appointment at Via Andrea Doria 38, 00192 Rome (RM), Italy. After ordering, reply to the confirmation e-mail to arrange day and time.
Address and delivery
Please provide a complete address and a phone number for the courier. Wrong/incomplete addresses or failed deliveries may incur redelivery fees.
Damaged or lost parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged, sign with reservation and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and label. For lost parcels we open a claim with the courier.
Customs and taxes
European Union: no duties, VAT already included in the price.
Switzerland and United Kingdom: the courier may collect local import VAT and a clearance fee on delivery.
USA and rest of the world: import duties, taxes and courier brokerage fees are paid by the recipient on delivery. Write to us before ordering if you would like an estimate.
